  Took my daughter and her friends here for a Cuddle Birthday Party after being a regular customer for many years. From the moment we arrived we (and she) was very well looked after. The food was great and the experience of holding the pets from the taratula to the skinny pigs was fantastic and educational for the children. Thank you to all of the staff who made the experience so enjoyable and for making great memories for my daughter.

  Just dropped in as we were passing & wanted to pick up a bird box as a last minute present. Very surprised by the variety of goods, a real treasure trove - especially the Christmas Shop, lots of decorations I haven't seen elsewhere. The Grotto wasn't open on the weekday we visited (our school had broken up early) however an Elf overheard me explaining this to my children & arranged for Santa to see us after he had finished with a school trip. Nothing felt like too much trouble! We had lunch in the cafe, there was a good gluten free menu.
